Our DBT IOP program is designed to help adolescents, young adults and their parents address maladaptive, self-destructive behaviors. Our program utilizes a Dialectical Behavior Therapy approach while incorporating a number of other treatment modalities. Our Intensive Outpatient Program is individually tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs. We have four separate tracks for: substance abuse, eating disorders, self-injury and depression/anxiety. This allows us to comprehensively address patients with dual disorders and tailor their care based on their present needs.
Welcome to The Child, Adolescent and Family Recovery Center-West (CAFRC-W). We are excited to introduce ourselves, the services we offer, and to work collaboratively with you and the clients we serve. CAFRC-W is accreditedby the Joint Commission and licensed by the state of Illinois.
We treat a variety of psychiatric symptoms, mental health issues and life transition difficulties for children, adolescents and adult populations. Our weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups utilize an educational approach to learning new patterns of interpersonal communication, toleration of distress, and regulation of emotions. We work with each individual person to find a balance between acceptance and change.
